You can send us your window measurements. If you are unsure about taking measurements, we can also assist you step by step over the phone or via WhatsApp.
In short:
- First, determine the height of the cornice or rail where the curtain will be hung.
- Height: Measure the distance from the rail to the floor (skirting board).
- Width: Measure from one end of the rail or cornice to the other.

This period varies depending on the product you choose and the workload:
- For custom-made net and backdrop curtains, it is generally 7–14 working days.
- For some custom-made models requiring detailed workmanship, it may take a little longer.
We will inform you of the exact delivery date once the measurements and model have been finalised.

For locations where installation is not possible:
- We send the necessary apparatus and mechanisms with the package.
- For roller/zebra and rustic systems, we provide installation support with video and visual instructions.
Curtain prices vary according to the following criteria:
- The type and brand of fabric selected,
- The yardage used (height + width),
- The level of craftsmanship (pleat ratio, lining, backing, accessories, etc.),
- The type of mechanism (roller, zebra, rustic, cornice).

Curtains made to measure are generally not eligible for return as they are custom-made to your specifications.
For ready-made/stock items, returns/exchanges may be considered within the legal timeframe, provided the items are unused and unopened.
This varies depending on the type of curtain:
- Sheer curtains: Generally, a delicate cycle at 30°C, low spin or a gentle wash is recommended.
- Backdrop curtains: Depending on the fabric, dry cleaning may be required or they can be washed on a delicate cycle at a low temperature.
- Roller and zebra blinds: Do not put them in the washing machine; clean them by wiping with a damp, soft cloth.
When high-quality mechanisms and fabrics are used, zebra and roller blinds can be used for many years without any problems.
However:
- Very hard pulling,
- Constant intense sunlight,
- Moisture and cigarette smoke
can cause wear and tear on the fabric and mechanism over time.
